Timeline The Shows Media About This Site The Lineups Jeff Scott was Chris Rossiter’Äôs roommate, and wound up replacing Steve Mueske as part of Raven Bitch’Äôs guitar tandem in the fall of 1984. Always trying to define his role within the two guitar format of Raven Bitch, Jeff was instrumental in getting Bobby Schumacher added to the band in 1985, and then fired from the band in 1986. Jeff thought Bobby’Äôs guitar virtuosity would enhance his own playing. But in the end Jeff wound up feeling stifled by Bobby, and led the effort to re-hire Chris Rossiter so that he could become the featured lead guitarist. Jeff played nearly every show with the band from 1985 through 1988, missing only one due to illness.
